Of course, this movie was a lot of noise and that the movie can live up to all this .... blah blah blah. Even taking into account that this movie is a bit disappointing. This film shows that it was not just special effects that made Star Wars fun to watch. It was as if George Lucas was so excited that he could do with CGI effects, he forgot what made the original trilogy so great that this letter and symbols. Not a bad movie, but the problem many.-Many people forgive this movie for being dull as they say it is only the first of another trilogy, and it's just creating all to follow. Bad bad bad, this movie had to be the first film, like the other three movies were. E 'need to have good characters and a very interesting story .... is didnt.-conflict in the story revolves around a trade dispute and the fate of the planet Naboo. It was really no one cares about that? Details of the dispute more vague and that opens or not generate enough interest for us to root for a specific team. The main conflict around Darth Sideous and its growth is kept far in the background. We do not even know why Darth Maul Jedi hates so .... it just does. Maybe Lucas wanted Darth Maul to be a bit 'as Boba Fett (quiet and mysterious). He worked with Boba Fett, because he was just a supporting character rather than the main villain. This film really has no clear villain. I wish someone would have the courage and just told Lucas that his main story was lousy.-No one seems particularly happy in this film. Qui-Gon is really the only character that can be connected, and it far enough. The Queen looked like a dummy largely his scenes (and looks like one). Obi-Wan Kenobi roams the whole movie without any results and never says anything interesting. The characters never seem to talk about something other than the plot (unlike the first film). C3PO and R2-D2 were pretty useless. Jedi Council is represented as a very cold and buracratic. I will never understand why they wrote Annakin as a student in this film. This was to be a teenager. His scenes with the Queen was awkward. They are not even going to discuss Jar Jar.Various more ...-What midochlorians, it seems, was just tacked on. Humor falls flat if you are not very young child. Annakin destroys the ship and trade late safves only fundamentally mistaken! ILM and George Lucas seems to be so happy with their new toys CGI, they spent 95% of their time to improve them. Frankly, I thought the FX Return of the Jedi were acute, three-dimensional and less cartoonish. None of this seems to be happening here is unforgettable. This movie will never be as good as the hype, but it could easily be much better than that. I've been waiting for this movie, but I first saw this film I was really bored in the middle of it.There good points. Pod race was fun, as was the light saber battle at the end. There are some very nice special effects. We hope that Lucas just had writer's block when he wrote it. Maybe you remember what other movies had so good time for Episode II. Although it seems to have confused the name.
