Im a black male middle-aged now, and sometimes I do not know if young people can it.I was born in Richmond, VA, and Im one (1) generation removed segregation . That's why I was shocked at the performance of these young actors. Chadwick Boseman & Nicole Behari did an excellent job of portraying the grace and courage Robinsons.I could not have done it. Boseman has an uncanny resemblance to Jackie and his performance was so visceral, that was me, I could not have done it.I would not have had the courage to stand against racism, you get neither to retaliate. I would not have had the patience to wait your time, people have decided that it is time for me to be more than a sub-human. I absolutely would not have taken the risk of playing the game, while people are threatened my wife and child.When Jackie finally got mad enough to crush the stick against the wall, which was the ú only thing that I can be involved in - then realized that he had to go back there, because it was much more than just her - I was overwhelmed by their courage.This is more than a baseball movie.
