Now let me start by saying this movie is a good movie. It's certainly not a terrible movie, like most critics say. I think the critics might have raised their expectations for Thor and X-Men: First Class. They do not compare with the Green Lantern film. This removed 24% of Rotten Tomatoes, which is too low. It would probably be a high-60s, when it was released before Thor and X-Men: First Class movie is good and not scary at all. Ryan Reynolds is great as Hal Jordan and very enjoyable. It definitely fit the role of Hal Jordan really good. Blake Lively is a great and very sexy, shes not only beautiful face, as most offer. Peter Sarsgaard great actor, and he plays the villainous Hector Hammond is really good and interesting. In general, it is not trying to go all out and at the end of the day a really great job, of course, Oscar-worthy performances, though.The special effects are quite wonderful and very helpful, to say the least. Although sometimes I feel a bit CGIish, but this is not too much madness. I have to say I was a bit disappointed because Parallax was like, she felt a little fake at times, but it's not awful in every sense of the way.
